Furniture collection service

Our furniture collection service is available Monday – Saturday between 9am – 4pm.

Please complete the below online form or call us on 01752 964455 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) for further information.

Please note: Our free furniture collection service only operates in/collects from Plymouth and the local surrounding areas. Please read our list of donation guidelines below before contacting us to ensure we can accept your furniture donation.

What won‘t we accept for furniture collection?

  • No glass/large wall display units
  • No mattresses/divan bases/headboards
  • No pianos
  • We can’t collect large quantities of bric o brac/clothes (only furniture items)
  • We can only collect dining tables & chairs as a set
  • No glass tv stands
  • No carpets/rugs/towels
  • All soft furnishings must have a fire regulation label (e.g sofa, wooden chair padding etc)
  • No Tv’s/consols/other small electronics
  • All large electronics must come with either a CE or UKCA mark (e.g lawn mower)
  • We won’t book a collection if it’s only for a small item (e.g one shoe rack or a lamp) but we could collect them if it was with larger furniture.
  • No baby strollers/highchairs etc without safety manual and if it has faults
  • No dismantled furniture
  • No white goods (e.g washing machines/dishwashers)
